It was completely taking advantage, as i was in a venerability point in my life. In this phone call they would express how nice, or valuable my vehicle was fallowing would be informing me that i only got about half of my allowable and they would be happy to help get me the max possible and would attempt setting up a meeting for me to go adjust my loan for a higher amount. I received about 3 phone calls a week, about every other day, from one of three different title max employee's. The loan i initially got was about half of my allowable.
